What's the difference between bespoke and ready-made?
Bespoke garments are made using your individual measurements and
include an optional prototype fitting before the final garment is
produced.
Ready-made garments follow international standard sizing and do not
include a prototype by default. We recommend checking our size chart
carefully before ordering.
How do I provide my measurements?
You can use our AI-powered measurement tool to capture measurements
from home or enter measurements taken by a professional tailor for
maximum accuracy.
Measurements are only required for bespoke orders. Ready-made orders
simply require selecting the appropriate size from our size chart.
What is the prototype and why do I need it?
The prototype is a trial version of your bespoke garment that allows
you to review the fit before your final suit is produced.
It gives you the opportunity to discuss adjustments with our tailors,
helping ensure your final garment fits exactly as expected.
Do I pay for the full suit upfront?
No. For bespoke orders, you may choose to pay only for the prototype
initially.
If you decide to proceed, the amount paid for the prototype is deducted
from the final price of your suit. The remaining balance is collected
before the final garment enters production.
Can I request another prototype?
Yes. Your first prototype is included in the prototype payment.
If further adjustments require another prototype, it can be produced
for an additional charge.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
For bespoke garments, production starts after you approve your
prototype. For ready-made garments, production starts once
manufacturing begins.
After production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Can I return or exchange my garment?
No. Since every garment is made specifically for each customer,
completed orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We encourage customers to carefully review their measurements,
prototype, and order details before approving production.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing
contact@stitchd.co with your order number and supporting evidence.
An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required to help
us review your claim. Every order is documented before dispatch as part
of our quality assurance process.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are only issued for claims approved by Stitchd.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method
within 15 working days.
When will my suit be shipped?
Bespoke prototypes are shipped after the prototype payment is
completed.
Your final garment is shipped after your prototype has been approved,
the remaining balance has been paid, and production has been completed.
Ready-made garments are shipped once production and quality checks are
complete.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Stitchd ships to both domestic and select international
destinations.
Shipping timelines vary depending on your location. Tracking details
will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
Do I need an account to place an order?
While an account isn't always required, creating one allows you to
track your orders, manage measurements, save designs, and review your
order history more easily.
