Welcome to Stichd. These Terms define the legal relationship between you and Stichd
when using our platform.
Stichd enables users to create personalized garments through a digital customization
experience. Orders may be fulfilled either by Stichd directly or by verified third-party
tailoring partners.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, certain policies—particularly regarding
returns, cancellations, and fit—differ from standard ecommerce practices.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your
jurisdiction to use this Service.
By using Stichd, you represent that all information provided by you is accurate,
complete, and current.
Stichd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility
requirements or provide false or misleading information.
Custom Orders & Measurements
All garments offered on Stichd are made-to-measure or customized based on your
selected preferences, including but not limited to measurements, fabric, fit,
and styling options.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements and customization
inputs provided. Stichd shall not be liable for fit-related issues arising from
incorrect or incomplete measurements submitted by you.
As each garment is individually crafted, slight variations in color, texture,
pattern alignment, or finishing may occur and are considered part of the bespoke process.
Vendor Fulfillment
While Stichd maintains strict quality standards, some orders may be fulfilled by
independent tailoring partners within our network.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that production and fulfillment may
be handled by either Stichd or a partner vendor.
Stichd remains responsible for the overall customer experience, but production
timelines, craftsmanship techniques, and minor variations may differ depending on
the fulfilling tailor.
Stichd is not liable for delays or issues arising from external factors affecting
partner vendors, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the Service are subject to change without prior notice.
Due to the customized nature of our products, full or partial payment may be required
before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize Stichd
to charge your selected payment method for all purchases made through the platform.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled within a limited time window after placement,
before production has commenced.
Once production begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible due to the
personalized nature of the garment.
Stichd reserves the right to determine whether a modification or cancellation request
can be accommodated based on the stage of production.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service—including design tools, garment configurations, visuals,
branding, and technology—is the property of Stichd or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without
prior written consent.
Custom designs created using the platform remain subject to Stichd’s platform rights
and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stichd shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with fit due to incorrect
measurements, minor aesthetic variations, or delays caused by production or logistics.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties
of any kind, except as explicitly stated.
Termination
Stichd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time,
including in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, though any
obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive.
Stichd retains all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
