Payment Before Shipping
Orders are dispatched only after all applicable payments have been
received in full.
This includes the garment price, shipping charges (where applicable),
and any customization or additional charges. If further payment is
required at any stage of your order, we will notify you before
proceeding.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment
confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes between 2–7 working days,
depending on your delivery location, pincode, and courier partner.
Working days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public
holidays.
Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our facility, tracking information will
be sent to your registered email address and/or WhatsApp number.
You can use the provided tracking details to monitor the progress of
your shipment through the courier partner.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your parcel before accepting delivery.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, we recommend
refusing delivery and contacting Stitchd immediately so we can
investigate the issue with our logistics partner.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable
shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required
by the destination country unless otherwise stated.
Reverse Pickup, Returns & Exchanges
Because every Stitchd garment is made specifically for you, we do not
offer reverse pickup for returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer
to our Return & Exchange Policy for information on how to submit a
claim.
Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated
timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier
disruptions, public holidays, customs processing, or other events
beyond our reasonable control.
We will make every effort to keep you informed if significant delays
occur.
